BeaconMail
For BeaconMail direct-mail campaigns, we may process recipient names, business names, mailing addresses, campaign selections, delivery information, response metrics, and reporting data needed to prepare, deliver, and measure the campaign.
BeaconLocal
For BeaconLocal and related local-marketing services, we may process business contact information, website and lead information, local listing details, customer communications, call or form activity, reviews, campaign results, and other information needed to provide the requested services.
5. Artificial Intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with research, analysis, content drafting, campaign planning, reporting, and workflow automation. We apply human review where appropriate and use reasonable safeguards when selecting and using these tools. We do not knowingly use confidential client data or client-provided Personal Information to train publicly available AI models unless the client authorizes that use.
