Will BeaconLocal make us rank first?
No agency controls Google rankings. We improve profile accuracy, completeness, credibility, activity and customer readiness, then report the direction visible in available data.
Do you need our Google password?
No. The client remains the primary owner and grants Brick & Beacon authorized manager access through Google. Passwords should never be shared.
Can you remove a negative review?
We can respond within the purchased scope and use permitted flagging when appropriate, but Google decides whether a review remains or is removed.
Does BeaconLocal include local SEO?
BeaconLocal is Google Business Profile optimization and management. Technical SEO, citations, link building, location pages and broader search work require separate scope.
When does paid work begin?
After the agreement, payment, scope, access, information, assets, approvals and reporting-readiness requirements are complete. Foundation targets ten business days after those readiness gates are satisfied; Google review or verification time is outside that commitment.
What if Google rejects a change?
We document the result and evaluate a compliant revision. Google retains control over publication, verification, display and acceptance.
